Landscape Assessment of Global PSP Offerings & How Regional Markets Leveraged Such Offerings

Our client had implemented a robust global governance model to support patients through their Patient Support Program (PSP). Although the global team developed comprehensive support materials that were distributed to regional market teams, the global team lacked visibility into how materials were precisely leveraged for each market.

How might we enable Global with a line of sight to Regional activities to ensure Global patient offerings and strategies are pulled through in respective markets?
